设备各部分组成
配料系统：配有各种容积的配料釜，油加热、水加热用户任选
供料系统：有两种供料方式：气压式和计量泵供料。
计量泵：有国产、进口两种供料泵，其均有加热系统，用户可自主选择。
喷丝头：有单、双及多孔喷丝头、喷丝板，喷头离水面距离可调，且有加热和过滤系统。
芯液系统：两种芯液方式供用户选择：
由高精度国产或进口芯液泵向喷丝头输送液体。
通过储水罐由N₂气、稳压等系统向喷丝头输送液体。
设备有凝胶槽、水洗槽、导丝牵引系统及收丝系统，三个槽子均有保温功能。在凝胶、水洗时用户若需冷水或热水环境，在订货时需特殊说明。
电控柜及功能：PLC控制、大屏幕液晶彩色人机对话系统；计量泵转速设定及速度显示；各水槽温度测量显示；各传动单元速度控制及显示；各传动单元速度控制及显示；绕丝转转数显示。

2）中空纤维膜组件封头机
封头机是制做中空纤维膜组件必备的设备之一，分为静态和离心两种方式。离心由电机驱动使膜组件高速旋转，并在高温条件下，通过离心方式将固化剂均匀涂在膜组件的两端上。一般来说，一台离心封头机一次可制做多根膜组件。
